The attentive care of a vineyard that is over 50 years old and the first native vines in area give rise to grapes painstakingly selected through precise thinning work. Eliah is produced only from hand-picked grapes, fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, and aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. It is an excellent wine with a bouquet of roses and currants on the nose, spicy notes, and hints of coffee and bitter cocoa. In the mouth, the taste is ample and sinuous, withgreat structure, a perfect balance of sweet tannins, and good acidity.
